Ya fuild in the tires can be a pain in the back sides but did you know it does work better then wheel weights. Reason is it puts the pressure of the weight right in the tread of the tire not on a bag of air. That said you figure a lbs per gal of fluid if not 1.5 lbs per gal. I do not have a chart to tell me how many gal. a 38 inch tire has but a 13.6X28 has around 32gal so a 38 will be at least 10gal more if not 20 or 30
