IHC 350 DIESEL WITH Sherman Power Digger

I found a tractor this weekend and bought it. I beleave it is a 1957 IHC 350 diesel with a Sherman Power Digger loader setup. it has been sitting for about ten years, told that it ran great when parked. the whole tracktor is painted with rustolium paint and any cylinders that where out he painted with alluminum paint. all pins are good and I only found one weld on the loader. The engine will not turn but I have filled the cylinders with diesel fuel, I bought it for $700 did I do good and what is the HP on this machine?
