I am trying to get my 301 started but am not able to get fuel through the pump and think it is the electric shutoff not opening up as it barley makes a sound when you hook it up to power. I went to take the three screw/ bolts out to remove the cover and twisted one of the heads off. The other two came. Should the cover lift off or is there more to it? I do not know if it is just the stud left in the cover making things difficult, or something else? My Blue Ribbon GSS-1010 only shows the manual shutoff, and says the cover pulls right off. Thanks
