I don't remember the details of your previous posts, but to add to what Bob says: Put #1 on the compression stroke at TDC. Remove the mag and turn the rotor clockwise, viewed from the rear, until you feel resistance when pointing to #1 on the cap. Carefully reinstall the mag without disturbing the rotor. Replace the mag cap and rotate the mag toward the engine until the coil touches the block. Remove the coil wire from the cap and hold about 1/8 inch from the screw/nut on the mag, rotate the mag clockwise until you get a spark. If this does not work, the gears in the mag are probably not aligned, or you have some other problem.
