Thanks Red for the info... How do I get access the pump, valve and lines? The way it is acting, I think maybe one of the lines ruptured inside the housing because the lift will slowly move back down when you return the controll rod to netural. If I need to keep the cyl. extended, I have to keep the control rod pulled up.
