We have South Central Wisconsin Tractor Pullers down here. It is a little easier to compete, but they are still 1000 hp tractors. Some say they are less, but there is no way. The dumbest part is they have a 2.6 x 3 turbo rule. On the other hand if they change the rules all the time you have to keep on buying.
