I have the same plow that I use on my 350 - to plow the garden. 1st gear with the TA and it still rides a wheelie across the little garden patch. Thats with weights and fluid filled tires. Granted I go as deep as I can get it.
Other than a small patch like that I wouldn't consider using a 3-16 behind a 300/350. The only reason I don't drop a bottem off is my brother has a 656 and uses the same plow behind it on his garden and once in the while to plow his terraces to "touch them up" a bit.
