Somebody here can probably tell you just what you need, but if not...
Getting the exact manufacturer's specified length really shouldn't be critical.
If you have the old one, simply measure it yourself instead of trying to match it side by side to another belt. I ususally just cut them and measure the length. You can't get more accurate than that.
Or, if the one you have is close - just buy the next two sizes down, keep the one that fits the best, return the other.
If it's way off and you have no idea where to start. Put the generator roughly where it needs to be, and use a loop of rope like a belt, then measure it to get a good estimate.

Some of us grew up thinking that an air filter was a paper thing that allowed air to pass while trapping dirt particles of a particles of a certain size. What a surprise to open up your first old tractor's air filter case and find a can that appears to be filled with the scrap metal swept from around a machine shop metal lathe. To top that off, you have a cup with oil in it ("why would you want to lubricate your carburetor?").
