Dude, IH 2150 paint when correctly applied can give you just as good of finish as base coat clear coat or any other high end paint available. Please use the factory paint and be sure to use the correct color of white. I believe the number on the white is 935 blanc. I'm getting ready to give my 560 a face lift and I will use the original paint with just a touch of hardener in it. As for the tire size I'm going for 7.50x16 for the fronts. Hope this helps.
