M Fan removal

I kinow this should be one of the simplest items during this restoration project but I'm having trouble removing the fan on my '43 M. I've got it floppy loose but can't get the 2 odd looking "bolts" backed out enough to remove it. Also, is the bolt/pin that runs 90 degrees to the shaft supposed to come out? I've got the nut off but it doesn't seem to want to budge. Any hints would be appreciated...
