I didnt see a tool box. Also, and I could be dead wrong on this, Didnt the early Hs have 2 gas caps for kero and gas? I cant figure out what that big spring comeing up from the floor through the seat mounting would be for. The piece its above is against the floor, and isnt going anywhere.
