It'll most likely hurt the value, but it's very hard to give you a number. Can't say it'll lower it by X dollars.
The problem is you're dealing with a tractor that has a lot of collector interest. So once you swap an engine, you lose half your potential customers right off the bat. Collectors don't want mismatched engines.
So since you're dealing with fewer interested people, it generally means you're going to have a harder time finding somebody who wants to pay "full price".
Not to say you won't, it's just a matter of odds.
With the mismatched, you might get the higher price, but it might take a lot longer for the right person to come along who's willing to pay it.
