Pretty easy fix Remove the three bolts holding the shifter in place. Get the tractor so that the drive trail is not in a bind. (push the clutch, pull back the TA, and position so it can be rolled a little. With a big screw driver, realign all the shift rails in the trans (good light is valuable) re install the shifter to engage the neutral slot. Yhat is pretty much it. Welding a little metal on the shift lever tip. and making sure the pivot pin in the housing you yook off is tightm will keep it from doing it again. Jim
