OK , assume hitch work correctly and lifts a heavy load same as it always has. Do you have a check valve block in the circuit to the aux valve outlets. If you do , suspect that, as o-rings blow in them and just return oil back to sump. Just put one in today on a 560. It is rare that a 560 has a check valve but this one did. Lot of 66 series have them. If that is not problem, I'm betting hitch doesn't lift properly either and you have an internal leak, probably under the right front corner of the draft control housing main rear cover. Air pressure test would verify that. Works best to check with air when pump is off but there are other ways of doing it, like back through the aux valve but you have to have a pretty good idea of the flow through system.

What a surprise to open up your first old tractor's air filter case and find a can that appears to be filled with the scrap metal swept from around a machine shop metal lathe.
