I would suspect a fuel pump for a 60's or 70's 6 cyl small displacement IH truck engine would bolt right on, but some plumbing changes MIGHT be needed. If you decide to try that, make SURE the lever arm shape and travel match the old one!
Or, you might try contacting Cardone Rebuilders for a participating reseller in your area... they (used to anyway) have a rebuild and return program for obsolete pumps, etc., or perhaps they can come up with an off-the-shelf pump for you.
(BTW, have you considered simply installing an electric pump?)
