Yes, for all four rims as batch. The minimum order at the plant where I had the galvanizing done is 90 Euros and a combined maximum weight of 400 pounds of steel for all parts in the batch. So, I could have done two sets of rims for the same price... Note: this is a large industrial facility, where the bulk of the throughput is hauled by big trucks and trailers. There I was with my passenger car in the queue of trucks; just happy that they serve small customers too.
