Is the Red Bible Wrong??

I saw the post regarding the number of Duckbill F-20s produced and got to thinking about the serial number chart in the 150 Years of International Harvester book for that model. The book does not list any production for 1933. Is this correct? Other serial number charts I've found do list production numbers for 1933 but I question their accuracy. By the way, they produced an F-20 with duckbill steering until 1934. Thanks in advance.
