In your first post you said it wouldn't idle. Now you say it idles fine but stalls when throttle is advanced. So which is it? The load jet adjustment at the bottom of the carb will NOT affect the idle. That is bad advice someone posted. That adjustment should solve your stumbling problems. You should get just a tad of black smoke when you pull the lever back quickly. That means you are rich enough to get good power and acceleration, and won't ping or overheat a piston.
There are two idle adjustments, mixture and speed. If you turn that idle speed screw in your engine will have to speed up. That screw is opening the butterfly.Adjust the idle mixture screw to cure loping, surging or stumbling problems.
