My father passed away a few years ago and amongst his possessions was an IH 986 tractor with an Allied front end loader on it. One problem I have though is my father saved every key he every had throughout his life, thus I now have 1/2 grocery bag full of keys.
In going thru this mass of keys I have found nothing that says IH or anything related to the tractor. I've been made an offer for the tractor from my father's best friend but the problem is the tractor is 1,100 miles from where I now live so I can't just sit there and try each key until I find the right one.
So what I need is for other 986 series or 86 series tractor owners to post a picture of the keys for their tractors, so I can try to find the right one.
