Do you need the cover with the integral implement bracket or will a plain cover with provision for seasonal disconnect work for you? I have several plain covers. That would be item 16 in the drawing. They have the external shifting lever and interior yoke as well.
The 400-450 book also lists those parts. Didn't bother to look at the 560 book but the seasonal disconnect was pretty much discontinued by then.
