There appears to be a couple of errors in your post.
(1) Never heard of a 560 Utility. I think you mean 460 Utility.
(2) Date of MFG should be 1958.
The axle clamp appears to be Row Crop. Not splined Standard Tread or Utility. Some 460 Utilities did use a clamp style sliding hub for center bolted steel wheels but you don't have those wheels.
364651R3 AXLE, rear 2-3/4" wheel end dia. x 39" long fits the heavy axle Farmall 460.
That part number also works for International Hi-Utility. Judging by the apparent tire size in the photo, I think you may have a Hi-Utility based forklift.
You need the heavy axle option from a 460 Hi-Utility or Farmall. That heavier axle will likely be found on the same models of 300-350.
