I don't know Mike. I think that is a fair asking price for that tractor. The seller is probably willing to renegotiate to $3000.
Collectors like LP. They can sit for years without fuel problems. In some parts of the country there are no LP's. Production numbers are significantly less than gasoline. LP engines have longer service life and that tractor probably needs no engine work. And it has a 3 point although I would rather have a Fast Hitch.
If I lived in the mid-west and still buying tractors, I'd be interested. Be more interested in a Diesel though.
