Bob The mag cap I purchased from Tractor Supply Co. Their part number 1831616 the label says Magneto Cap for IHC H4 Magneto. This mag cap looks like a carbon copy of my old cap except for the old one has the spring loaded brush. The tab on the rotor is not spring loaded. It now appears to me that they have the part labeled wrong.
