Long shot to find this part

I've lost a part to the hitch on my IH 340. Its called a "lower lateral swing limiter strap". Its a fair sized chunk of steel say, 10 inches long by 2.5 inches. Case says nobody has this anymore.

The Case part number is 523133R1.

Anybody got any good leads on where to find this?
