Well, if it is like my closest dealer you have to pay for the big flat screen TV in the lobby, along with the receptionist that transfers you to the girl that connects you to the service department and keeps track of how long you talk to a mechanic so they can bill you and don't forget the store manager that the salesmen have to answer to because he has to answer to three more guys which never gets to the top guy, and on and on. I hate getting parts anymore because it feels like you are walking into a nursing home. Everything is new and sterile. I wish I could have farmed in 1960!
