Definitely a 400D and a SMTA. I won't guess about the others. If the tags are there you should be able to read the impressed numbers and look them up on this site.
I am commenting on this post because that school bus is about the right age for a 4-53 Detroit Diesel. I'll bet that alot of them were sold in the rural areas of the south. If it does have a DD, it will probably be a four valve 140 hp. Might have a 180 hp (?) turbo motor. I would have popped the hood on that before shooting the pictures.
