Hi Ray, Sounds like the trailor your looking at will be fine.One thing that helped with my towing was that I put electric trailor brake on it. Made a lot of difference on my trailor and I feel a lot safer. They wanted $500.00 to put them on but the guy at the trailor supply store"Red Neck"said if you can screw in a lite bulb you can put them on yourself.$110.00 for parts and wireing.You keep your bearings and axel and just swap hubs and wire them up.Took less than a hour. Took longer to wire the controller in my truck but I feel so much more in control of my load now.
