A '59 model would have a gray dash. IH started painting the dash black in '61. I have a 460 Diesel that is a '62 and has the black dash. Bob Zarce of Reynolds, IN makes the chassis decals for the 460. I bought a set last year, but haven't put them on yet. Bob Zarse, 2039 W. Smithson Rd, Reynolds, IN 47980.
