Rhill is correct. If it has been left up for long periods the small leakage into the top of the cylinders has collected and spews. Use rags over the tops and slowly lift to purge the oil. (or take them apart to bleed the oil out of the top.) Then expect this to happen once in a while, (always set the bucket down when not using it!) If it gets worse, or is bad enough to make this a monthly routine, The cylinders will need new piston seals an checked for rust pits in the bore. Jim
