Suggestions needed for a 240

I was given a Farmall 240 a few years back. The clutch was stuck and I tried dragging around a pickup with the brakes locked but it didn't help. What should I try next?

I've also thought about adding a wide front, power steering, and a loader. Any suggestions on how to accomplish this? Or is this more trouble than it's worth?
