Tom you are right on. The F12 & 14 Could or could not have had a temp gauge. Its had to find pictures of early F-12's.Did find pictures for F-12's & 14's 1934-1939. All of 34's-35's had no temp. gauges. From what picture I could find 1937-1939 had temp. gauges. They were mounted just like my 1937 F-20. They thread into the casting of the bottom water inlet of block. The gauge is mounted under the gas tank.
