400 front wheel bearing

I'm getting ready to replace the front wheel bearing on my Farmall 400 (dual front tricycle) and was wondering what I should torque them to. I am suposed to torque it to a specific torque, then back it down rite? Also, what is the torque specs for the front and rear wheel bolts. Thanks!
