He's trying to tell you that one gauge part number is calibrated to peg at 45PSI and the other is calibrated to peg at 75PSI.
OEM doesn't make their own gauges. They are the same gauges you will get anywhere else, even the IH dealer.
IH doesn't make their own parts anymore; they source them from the same parts suppliers as the aftermarket. The only difference is the "CNH" logo on the package, and the price.
