RR once you have removed the valve cover, the rocker arms will have an adjustable slotted bolt with a tightening nut. Loosen the nut and you can then adjust the bolt with the .014 feeler gauge. You will want to adjust the valves with the particular cylinder on compression stroke. Adjust cylinder 1, then 3, 4, 2. The order of the valves from the radiator back is cyl. 1 exhaust intake, (2) intake exhaust, (3) exhaust intake, (4) intake exhaust. I am giving instructions with regards to the H but the C is similar. On cylinder #1, watch the exhaust valve open and close. Then the intake valve will open and close. As soon as it closes, turn the crank until the belt pulley mark lines up with the timing mark. That should put number one piston on top dead center on compression stroke. Then adjust both valves. Repeat the procedure for 3, 4 and then 2. Don't be surprised if the clearance is quite a bit off.
