w-9 or w-6??

I have recently found a dead w-9 or w-6 but the decals are gone and I can't tell which one it is. Can anyone be of assistance to an amatuer tractor enthusiast who would like to find out what this tractor is before I decide whether to make an offer on it or not?? thanks. I am assuming it is a w-series, but it may not even be that. The serial #'s i found on the engine are 8866DE and the differential has 8883DE, if that helps.
