Could be. Guy Fay's book does not give the breakdown of gas vs diesels, but it was printed in 1997 -- more info since then, that I do not have. About 1500 600's built vs around 5000 650's. I should learn not to comment on tractors I am not familiar with, such as standards or wheatlands. However I will stand by the statement that he is not likley to make a profit on either one.
