Darn near impossible to get all the water out of a system with one change, unless you disconnect every hose, valve, pump and cylinders and completely drain them. Used to get leaks in heat exchangers in our test stands and even with draining everything we could get loose or open, there would still be water hiding in there somewhere. When we got as much out as possible, we left the reservoir open and heated the oil above boiling while circulating it. sometimes took a day or two to boil out that last water. One point here.... it takes surprisingly little water to make oil "milky" below the boiling point of the water in it and above the boiling point, it can appear to be clear. If you have changed it 3 times, there is probably not much water left. Water is highly errosive in high pressure systems, but if your system is 1500psi or lower, it can probably tolorate a little water.
