I have a 574 with similar issues to what many have posted on here. No hydraulics. I purchased the tractor over the summer and have been working on it since then. The MCV has had all the o-rings replaced since I purchased it, good flow coming from the hydraulic pump, but the previous owners appear to have put an incorrect flow divider and spring in the MCV. To even thread the plug into the MCV the spring has to be compressed. Purchased a new flow divider that is supposedly for the 574. The spring and FD definitely looked different and the spring didn't need to be compressed to install the parts. Problem is, with the new parts the hydraulics still don't work. Symptom is no hydraulics to the loader, 3pt, etc. with the flow divider installed, but the power steering works fine. Remove the flow divider and the power steering doesn"t function, but the loader, etc. works as expected. Can block flow from the loader controls and I have PS. So, I am confident everything past the MCV is functioning as expected. Am completely at a loss what"s happening...

Just put them to a shutterfly site because of the size. The pictures are of the old and new parts, the filename on the picture will tell you which is which.
I really appreciate any help or suggestions people have...

Sadly though all his efforts seemed to be a waste of time and money as he still couldn''t get the temperamental old thing to run correctly!! If i said that this was a little frustrating for him that would be "conservative" in fact the problem had reduce
