If it were me, I would try to buy the scraper blade that was originally designed for the tractor. You may be able to find one for $200 or less. The IH blade works really well and you will be suprised how much dirt or snow it will push. It is made so it can either be mounted on the front of the tractor for pushing dirt and snowor it can be mounted under the belly of the tractor for doing grading work. As far as the 3-point hitch goes, my dad put a 3-point hitch on my Super C. It did not have a quick hitch. We used the two plow lift arms to raise and lower the 3-point hitch arms. We adjusted lift rod that runs from the front of the tractor so that the arms do not latch when raised. It works pretty well. Let me know if you want more information.
