No this (my stepfather's) 400 doesn't have a T/A either. It does have a wide front and power steering. I don't if either were factory, or added aftermarket. It also has 3 hydra-touch valves/levers. He's only had the tractor for 4 or 5 years. Bought it for $1800. Run's pretty good.
My 400 has both live PTO and T/A, but only two valve hyds. Also it is a row crop front w/o power steering. Mine has been on the family farm since the late '60's. Been working on getting here going again after she was left to sit idle for 3+ years. Skeeter
