Simi mounted draw bar mowers have no problem using the rockers to provide lift. A 3/8" cable is used to provide pulling force on the lever. pulleys are used to direct the force so that it is directed from drawbar level to the lever. The lever action might be dangerous to the operator such that cutting or modifying the lever, or replacing it with shorter flat stock to preserve the original might be wise. The pulley/s should have a fair lead so that the cable is constrained to the groove. More than one pulley might be needed. loops for the ends of the cable should have protection, see link. Good luck, and do not use a solid link, it would lift and drop with trailing tire motion. Jim
