Mike, You didn't say what tractor it is, or whether it is a gear drive or Hydrolic steering system! My IH 966 has a Hydrolic driven system, So the position Never is the same for the steering wheel spin will give up position right and left during the coarse of a day. But since your ? is about the position of the steering Knob, if all things are equal on a 3 spoke wheel....12:00 Straight up. Later, John A.
