I haven't tried that because I have a local dealer. Not sure, but I imagine the dealer ships everything. There is a possiblility that it will come to you directly from the distribution center, but I somehow doubt it as they have enough to do. In my area the local dealer is not part of that program. The nearest participating dealer is 50 miles away -- no advantage to that because neither stocks old parts, they are sent to the local dealer who charges me for shipping. My suggestion is that instead of getting them from a nearby dealer, if you have one, is to order your parts from Carter and Gruenwald, a CaseIH dealer in WI. They have most parts in stock and you will get them in 3-4 days -- excellent service. Another possibility is www.messicks.com. Only my opinion, perhaps someone else has actually used the CaseIH web site and will respond.
