well, I have gone through the parts catalogs for the F-20, F-30, F-12/F-14 and they do not list that part number anywhere.
Can you take a picture of the overall wheel, and then a relatively close up one of the hub? If you can't post the picture, send me an email and I will post.

Also, can you post the diameter of the wheels? Width? bolt pattern diameter, and bolt hole size? When you say bolt on, are the bolt holes parallel to the axle or at 90 degrees to the axle?
