Not bragging but I have rebuilt a lot of these engines over the last 30 years and not had this problem. Try checking the thermostat for sticking or the radiator for being blocked. The ensines I worked on were in Manitou fork lift trucks wich weighed 5 tons with a lift capicty of 2.5 tones and went back and forward all day on farms and building sites. Was your new cylinder head made in India or China, the Indian ones are good but know nothing about the Chinese ones. MJ
