When I did an A I unbolted the front wheels from the engine block and rolled the steering wheel and wheels out from under the tractor. You need to support the engine well. I think I removed the radiator too. You probably will need a good puller and a big split bearing separator to remove the damper pulley. Don't pull from the outer edges of the pulley as they're easily broken. You need to check the surface of the pulley hub for a worn groove from the old seal.
