1940 Farmall H. Start her up runs great. Pop the clutch to go,misses ,spits ,sputters,have to keep fiddeling with the choke. After about 5 minutes of this she runs great. Put her under a load, lacks power till she warms up. Fresh fuel, fresh fuel filter. Any ideas guys. Thanks
