Yes, but that H will start much quicker if it has a tank heater, and it will be ready to go to work almost immediately. The engine will also much less wear and tear because the oil is warm and it will flow much better. It's kind of nice to know the tractor will start and run when you have to get out at 5 am to clear a couple of feet of snow off the driveway so you or your wife can get to your town job on time.
