The circulating tank heaters work well. I added one to our H a 10yrs ago. Plug it for 10-20 minutes before you need to use it, and it will start well below zero. Only problem then is you"ll want a cab when it"s that cold!(-10 below). I looked at one of the "in line" hose heaters, but there was not enough room to mount it. Never could find a bolt head bolt heater.
