I sell New Holland ag. Had 706s with the 282 and the 310 motors when I farmed. Super excellent tractors. (afterall they were IH!!!). However, they are not recomended to do your required job. I believe that the PTO drive and clutch will cause you grief (dollar kind). The disc mowers like a PTO rating of at least 100, not to cut at 12 mph, but to be strong enough to absorb the starting stress that a discbine has.
